The Isabella Freedman Jewish Retreat Center

The Isabella Freedman Retreat Center , in Falls Village , Connecticut is a living model for stewarding the land, based on Jewish environmental ethics. In addition to reducing energy consumption by 27% and water consumption by 20% for the complex, the facility features an organic farm. In 2003, the center developed a program called ADAMAH: The Jewish Environmental Fellowship.
